Nice option for working couples
Just bought a unit! We liked the layout and the fact that it’s near our offices. Facilities look decent too. Can’t wait to move in soon. -

Quiet retreat in the city
My wife and I retired here last year. We love how peaceful it feels despite being so near to shops and hospitals. The lake view from our balcony is beautiful in the mornings. -

Spacious home for the whole family
Our family of four moved here last year. The unit is big enough for everyone and feels airy. Kids love the pool and playground. And being close to the school is super convenient. -

One of the first apartments built in Mont Kiara. The best thing about this apartment is that although its almost 30 years old its still very well maintained and the grounds are matured now and very beautiful. Would be a great place for any families or working adults with all the facilities you need such as a gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, squash courts etc. Best thing is that its just a 5 minute walk to Retail 163 and 1 Mont Kiara. -
