Phase 1 was developed on 10.5 ha consisting 181 units of 2-storey linked houses and 140 units of 2 & 3 storey semi-detached houses. Meanwhile, the remaining 2.6 ha land comprises 5-storey low cost apartments, shop houses, recreation park and lake. The entire project was completed in 2008. There are many different layouts to which buyers can choose from.
