  I looking for property to buy. And I interested to Seri Kembangan area and I found this Mutiara Serdang for sell. I know this apartment very well because I familiar to this area. This is an old apartment since I move to KL from 2024 this apartment was there. So I want to know why is that still got so many unit to sell? is there any issue with the apartment? If no issue, I will consider to buy Mutiara Serdang. Thanks
