  Great Place in Kuala Lumpur

  Mutiara Upper East Condo is located very close to the center of town (KLCC), but feel like an urban oasis. The condo has a wide range of apartment sizes, well equipped, and with great facilities (large swimming pool, gym, tennis court, open area) in a pleasant and quiet setting with an easy access to the city and outside areas. Residents are both locals and expats. No major traffic problem as it is now so common in Kuala Lumpur. ISKL, the largest international school, is walking distance, which is great for our kids. The management is responsible and on top of maintenance and other issues. Security is good. Overall, we have been very happy living here.

  Mutiara Upper East Condominium is a modern de

  A modern clean privately owned apartments located away from main road to avoid traffic noise yet close to city center, a 10 minutes drive to Kuala Lumpur city center. It's design to meet the Feng-Sui master's vibe to bring abundance of good luck and good health by featuring the flow of east meets west designs of balconies which opens to east and west side of the apartments. You can walk down to G Village shops, grocers and restaurants and Intl. School of Kuala Lumpur, local school; SK Desa Pandan. Taman Tasik Ampang Hilir lake is adjacent to this development and further down there are a row of boutique restaurants. It's a paradise of convenience.... :)

  Pleasant cinvenient living environment

  A strategic location. Units are comparitively large and high quality furnishings. Reasonably priced. Dors not feel cramped like some other condos

  An upscale luxury condominium, great for family living, large spacious units, luxury facilities and next year Aug 2018 International School of KL opening its new campus, just a 5 min walk down.
