  Good investment potential

  Bought a unit a few years ago and it’s been renting out steadily. Tenants love the location and modern setup. The building’s maintenance team keeps it in good shape. Definitely a good long-term investment.

  Modern, clean and safe

  Visited the gallery before buying and I was impressed. The layout feels open and bright, not cramped like other condos I’ve seen. Love that there’s 24-hour security and even a launderette downstairs.

  City living at its best

  Been staying here for over a year and I really love it. The location is unbeatable, I can walk to Bangsar Village in minutes and still get to KL Sentral easily. The gym and pool are clean, and security is always around, which makes me feel safe even when I come home late. Sure, the rent isn’t cheap, but it’s worth every sen for the convenience, peaceful vibe, and quality living right in the middle of Bangsar.

  Nadi Bangsar

  Everything except transport links and landlord’s handling attitude was just lovely. Management was super friendly and helpful. It takes about 10mins walk to the nearest LRT station, just crossing a wide high traffic road was quite a dangerous thing to do. I’m moving out cause my landlord asked for a RM400 rent rise if I want to stay longer. I mean if she was a kind owner I would totally consider that, but unfortunately she wasn’t. I think the reason why I failed to detect the signal of a good landlord at the beginning was that, my agent tried to fulfill everything landlord rejected to provide. I realize now that it's not a long-term solution. Hope my review can help you to make your best housing decisions .

  No as fancy as I seems to be

  Strategic, but very noisy due to construction around, Also the guards hardly speak English. Maintenance fees are really high, but management tries to collect money wherever they can. Not recommended.
