  Suitable for small family, nearby schools

  We’ve been looking for a place near schools and shops, and Neu Pendington fits well. Three bedrooms are enough for our small family, and I like that there will be greenery and facilities for kids.

  Convenient for single working expat

  Kuching is home for me now, and Neu Pendington caught my attention because of the ART station. It means I can travel around easier in the future, and the commercial hub downstairs will be convenient.

  Nearby airport

  I like the location since it’s only a short drive to town and the airport. The price is within reach for me as a first-time buyer, and the unit layout looks practical. Registration was easy too.
