Looks very promising
We’ve been running a small bakery for years, and Nexus looks perfect for our next branch. The wide walkways and parking space will make it easier for customers to stop by. The design feels modern yet welcoming. Can’t wait for it to be ready in 2026.

Next to highway, easy access
I’m starting a lifestyle café and Nexus @ Seremban 2 caught my eye because of its location in a growing township. The accessibility from the highway is a big plus. I like that it’s freehold, so it feels like a long-term investment.
