Many of the tenant here are family and the place even have a zoo. Great for evening walk and many amenities around -

Living in a Condo with Triple Security and Sp
I have been living at Nidoz Residences for quite some time now. The triple security method implemented here provides a strong sense of safety and protection. As a sports person, I am thrilled to have access to the swimming pool on level 8, which is perfect for relaxing and staying fit. Furthermore, the basketball court, tennis court, and gym on level 41 offer ample opportunities for physical activities. -

Luxurious Condominium with Resort-like Amenit
I feel like I'm living in a resort when I come home to this luxurious condominium. The mini zoo with peacocks, goats, and other small animals adds a touch of nature and tranquility to the surroundings. The kids swimming pool and toddlers play area on level 8 are a paradise for children, keeping them entertained and active. Having a Surau on the same level is a thoughtful addition that caters to the needs of the residents. It's no surprise that more than 70% of the residents here are families who choose to live at Nidoz Residences. -

Two sky lounges at Nidoz Residences is a hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts like me. The open lounge on the top floor offers a tranquil space to unwind and take in the panoramic city views. With the open gym and yoga desk available, I can stay active while enjoying the stunning surroundings. Whether it's sipping coffee, swimming, or simply hanging around in the afternoon, this place has become one of my favorite spots to relax and rejuvenate. -

Never Take This one with A Block
we stay here we face lot of issues. management is very good and strict. security also good, but the facing of houses in A Block is Nirvana, that might give you too much bad luck, I see so many people have the same issue. -

Nice and fits my budget
I've been renting my place at Nidoz since late last year. The rent fits my budget and the unit was quite nice. I drive to work and take the Seremban Highway daily so Nidoz was a convenient location to move into. For those of you who use public transport, there’s plenty of that available too. The new Putrajaya MRT line connects nearby, which was one of the reasons why I thought the place holds good potential. Restaurants, mosques, clinics, restaurants, petrol stations - all are in the vicinity. -

No privacy issues here
The narrow plot of Nidoz residences ensures buildings aren’t facing each other so privacy isn't an issue. There’s a children’s playground, basketball court, badminton hall, a gym overlooking the pool and sky lounge etc. The terrace pool is probably my favourite. To top it off, I found the units themselves quite thoughtfully planned as they utilize the floor space well and separating the utility areas from the rest of the house neatly. -

Plenty of variety here
I was genuinely confused with the variety of apartments at Nidoz Residences. I think there were over 25 floor plans for the massive project. We ended up purchasing the type A1 4BR apartment. We decided to turn the smallest of the bedrooms into a study room for the kids. Only the master bedroom has an attached toilet however, but the floor plan makes it convenient for all other bedrooms to access it. -
