The Nobat 1 & 2 development project is a landed development and therefore, it will be especially appealing to those who prefer to live in landed properties more than high-rise developments like condominiums and apartments. It is designed to cater to those of the middle to high class due to its affordability. There is a total number of 196 units in the development and each unit in Nobat 1 & 2 is comprised of 2 storeys. The Nobat 1 & 2 development project is suitable for family living because there are numerous educational amenities located within the vicinity of Nobat 1 & 2. Each of these eateries are located about 15 minutes of walking distance away from the development. Unfortunately, there are no shopping malls in the area and residents will have to travel out of town to other townships in order for them to gain access to shopping malls for a wider range of amenities.

First of all, the security within the compound of the Nobat 1 & 2 development project is 24 hours in order to ensure the safety and security of the residents.
