There are only 3 eateries that are located just within walking distance and those eateries are Restaurant 113 Taiping, Restoran Eat One First and AP. Each of these eateries are located about 15 minutes of walking distance away from the development. Unfortunately, there are no shopping malls in the area and residents will have to travel out of town to other townships in order for them to gain access to shopping malls for a wider range of amenities.

Some basic facilities are offered to the residents of Nobat 1 & 2. First of all, the security within the compound of the Nobat 1 & 2 development project is 24 hours in order to ensure the safety and security of the residents. There is also a playground for the children to spend some of their free time and have some fun in. Furthermore, there is a jogging track to help keep the residents keep themselves in shape. There is also a car park offered to the vehicle owners to park their cars and the car park is covered in order to protect them from the rain and sun.
