  Ready to move in

  When I visited, I liked that units came ready with furniture and appliances. For someone working nearby, this made moving in much easier. The price also matched my budget, so it was an easy decision.

  Still holding strong

  It may be an older project, but maintenance has kept it presentable. Facilities are working fine, and the neighbourhood feels modern. Happy I bought here years ago.

  Safe and peaceful

  We’ve stayed here more than 10 years. Security is reliable, neighbours are respectful, and it feels calm compared to busier parts of KL.
