  Comfortable and convenient

  I work nearby at the factory area, so this place saves me a lot of travel time. The gym and jogging track are good after work. Not super fancy but comfortable and secure. I like that the management keeps the place clean.

  Good as an investment choice

  I bought a unit here mainly for rental and the response has been great. Easy to rent out because the location is convenient for those working in the Bayan Lepas area. Price was reasonable, and the facilities still look quite new.

  Nice for small families

  We moved in last year and it’s been good so far. Everything we need is nearby like schools, shops, food places. The unit size is just nice for our small family, and maintenance fee is quite low. A very practical place to stay in Bayan Lepas.
