  Smooth start for expats

  I relocated for work and chose One Menerung because of the location. It’s been easy to settle in. The staff are helpful, the community is welcoming, and I can get to work or the airport quickly.

  Worth every sen

  Yes, it’s expensive. But the location and quality of living make it worth it. I save so much time being near shops, schools, and even KL Sentral. It feels like proper city living without the stress.

  Space that feels like home

  We shifted here with two kids, and the space has been wonderful. Everyone has their own room, and we still have a large living area to gather in. The pool is the kids’ favourite spot after school.
