  Smart investment and quality home in Sunway D

  Leasehold but the PKNS joint venture with Sunway has kept this well-valued. The development has won multiple awards since completion. Facilities include gym, tennis court, and swimming pool. One Utama and IKEA are nearby for weekend activities. Traffic on Jalan PJU 3 can be heavy during peak hours but the NKVE proximity helps a lot. Two covered car parks per unit is a real bonus. Happy with both lifestyle and investment value here.

  Quiet, green, and well-connected – Sunway Dam

  Have been at Opal Damansara for over a year. The semi-D floor plan gives units an unusual spaciousness and the tropical landscaping is beautiful. NKVE Damansara exit is minutes away, making PJ, KL and Subang all accessible quickly. College Damansara Utama (CDU) is nearby for education options. The Curve, IKEA, and IKANO are walkable in a broad sense. Good management and responsive JMB. A calm, green oasis in a busy part of PJ.

  Opal Damansara's semi-D concept is unique – having only one immediate neighbour makes it feel far more private than a typical condo. Two blocks, 19 storeys, and only 248 units keeps it genuinely low-density. NKVE, SPRINT, and LDP are all accessible. One Utama, IKEA Damansara, The Curve, and IPC Shopping Centre are all 5–10 minutes away. Sri KDU smart school and Tropicana Golf are nearby. Well-maintained building with solid security.
