  Freehold and landed that is affordable

  It’s not easy to find a freehold landed house in this range today. The neighbourhood is calm, no factories around, and that’s important for us. We like that it’s designed for families to stay long term.

  Modern, quiet and great for retirement

  After years in KL, we wanted somewhere quieter but still modern. Oskar has the right size for us and space when our children visit. The parks and views are what really sold it.

  Lots of space for family

  We booked early because the price is fair for a 4-bedroom landed home with space to grow. The hilltop location feels peaceful, and Seremban city is not too far. It’s perfect for starting a family.
