Holiday Space
We usually spend a few days here rather than staying for very long periods, so having useful facilities within the residence matters to us. The swimming pool is one of the first things the children ask about whenever we arrive. They also enjoy the wading pool and playground, especially when we are not going out for the day. I like taking a walk around the landscaped garden in the evening while the children are playing. The covered car park makes loading and unloading our things much easier. The 24 hours security also gives me some reassurance when the unit is left empty between visits. So far, it has worked well as a comfortable family base for our holidays. -

School Run Easier
Having a covered car park is useful when we are rushing out in the morning or coming home during bad weather. The playground also gives the children somewhere to spend time after school. I like having the wading pool as it is more suitable for younger kids. The 24 hours security gives me some extra peace of mind as a parent. So far, the property has fitted our family routine quite well. -

Green Surroundings
I prefer having some greenery around where I live. The landscaped garden gives the residence a more pleasant feel and is nice for a short evening walk. I also appreciate the 24 hours security when I return home late. Overall, I feel comfortable with the environment here. -
