  Good value in Klang

  Staying here for 3 years now. The walk-up is manageable and the environment feels safe with 24-hour security. Close to stores, so groceries are convenient. As a mid-income earner, this place fits my budget well.

  Great community feel

  Been here since completion. Neighbours are friendly and the compound is well maintained. Close to clinics and Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, which gives peace of mind for my elderly parents staying with us.

  Peaceful everyday living

  Retired and downsized here. The area feels calm but still close to amenities. Easy access to Bandar Botanic shops and eateries keeps life simple. Happy with the purchase overall.
