My wife, toddler, and I have been here a year. The playground and mini-market are super convenient, and knowing there’s a kindergarten in‑complex gives us one less worry. Parking is ample and there’s basements lifts—handy with little ones. That said, traffic congestion around here can get rough—some older community residents even protested the opening of Carrefour nearby back in 2007–08 due to jams. Still, now that it’s settled, local property values have gone up, which is reassuring.

Quiet, affordable, with all the essentials
I moved into Pangsapuri Carmila six months ago, and it’s been solid for my needs. My 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit (~800 sq ft) fits well, and I love the on-site mini-market, playground, and BBQ pit. The 24-hour security gives me peace of mind. It’s definitely a medium-cost development, so don’t expect high-end finishes—great value, though. Getting around is easy by car: close to Persiaran Surian, NKVE, MRR2, and Damansara–Puchong Highway. Public transport is okay—RapidKL buses and the Bandar Utama Express Bus stop is about 3 km away. Overall, it’s quiet, practical, and safe.
