  Peaceful yet central

  I like that even though this condo is in busy PJ, inside the compound it feels calm.

  As an expat renter

  Been renting here for a few months. Close to shops, restaurants, and malls, so I don’t feel cut off from the city. Satisfied with the comfort.

  Worth it for city area

  Looked around PJ before buying and found this place fair compared to others. The unit layouts are practical, and the facilities cover most needs. It feels like good value in a city area.

  One of the hidden gem in PJ

  I think this penthouse fully renovated is an absolute value for money. The amount of renovation invested into this unit can tell alot of details, energy and effort are put into it. Highly recommended.
