  Stayed at Park Villa for over two years and the lushness never gets old. The 6.5-acre central park is a genuine selling point – morning jogs here beat any urban gym. MEX and SILK highways make the commute to KL or Putrajaya reasonable. Puchong South town provides all daily amenities. Build quality is top-notch as expected from Sunway. Perfect for those who want a private, green sanctuary with good connectivity.

  Only 258 units total across the whole Sunway Eastwood development which means privacy is guaranteed. The park-facing views from the terrace are wonderful. Puchong South and Seri Kembangan give you access to good food, IOI Mall, and major highways. The all-glass clubhouse facade is stunning. Management has been consistently responsive. Well worth the premium for families who want a genuinely green, low-density lifestyle.

  Private botanical estate living in the heart

  Park Villa at Sunway Eastwood is everything we hoped for. Semi-D with a private clubhouse, 6.5 acres of greens and a central park – it genuinely feels like a botanical sanctuary inside a city. Located on elevated land in Seri Kembangan, just minutes from Taman Equine. MEX interchange is nearby for KL access. Gated and guarded, well-designed homes with quality finishes. Our children love the greenery and it's very safe. Perfect family home.
