  Very convenient and accessible.

  Walking distance to Bukit Jalil LRT station and Bukit Jalil Stadium. This is perfect if you live and active lifestyle and you can just head over to the stadium for morning or evening runs. Nearby Sri Petaling is also convenient for all sorts of food.

  Lack of accessible road and mostly students

  Quite a mixed of tenants here, mostly students. Sometimes might feel noisy at night.
