  Good for startups

  I decided to purchase a shop at PJS 3 because I wanted to start a small local business in an established area. I preferred a place where people were already familiar with the surroundings rather than a newly developing location. The car park is useful for customers who need to stop by for quick visits. I also appreciate the 24 hours security because I sometimes leave the shop later in the evening. The property was completed in 1978, so it has a long history within the neighbourhood.

  Comfortable For Retirement

  I wanted to move into a simpler home after spending many years in a larger property. I did not need extensive facilities and preferred something that was easy to manage. The established nature of the property was one of the things I liked when I first viewed it. Having a car park nearby is useful when I need to drive out for appointments or shopping. I also enjoy seeing families use the playground, as it gives the area a pleasant community feel.

  Good For Small Business

  I booked a shop at PJS 3 because I wanted a location where local residents could easily reach my business. Being part of an established area was important to me when choosing the property. The car park is helpful for customers who drive over. I also appreciate the 24 hours security around the development. So far, the location has suited my business needs well.

  Easy For Daily Needs

  I bought a unit here because I wanted a simple home without too many complicated facilities. The nearby everyday conveniences make my routine easier. I appreciate having a dedicated car park when I return from work. Overall, PJS 3 works well for me.
