Relaxing Garden Space
In the evenings, I like taking slow walks around the landscaped area downstairs. It is usually quiet, giving me some peaceful time to myself. The greenery makes the whole place feel calmer despite being in the city. It may be simple, but it truly makes a difference to my daily routine. -

Long Term Satisfaction
We have owned our unit for several years and remain very satisfied. The property feels solid and well looked after, while the unit stays comfortable and functional. Management responds promptly to any issues. It continues to meet our expectations as homeowners. -

Good Security Team
Security personnel are attentive and visible throughout the property. Entry points are monitored properly. As a resident, I feel reassured at all times. It contributes greatly to overall comfort. -

The location is too good, the environment can
The environment of the Polo Park Townhouse community is slowly improving, the overall atmosphere of the community is peaceful, and it is an ideal residential choice. There are multiple bus lines and subway stations nearby, the commuting time is greatly shortened, and life and work are not mistaken. In addition, the surrounding facilities are complete, shopping, dining, education, medical and other resources are abundant, to meet the needs of daily life. -

Exceedingly caring hostess, great value for m
Our hostess Grace very kindly settled us in a condo instead. It was spacious, fully equipped and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, the pillows a dream. The apartment is located on the top floor Block Marina with elevators and security 24/7. It has a beautiful Olympic style long swimming pool and a jacuzzi. We extended fr 1 night to 42 nights staying in her homestay Apartment. I warmly recommend her, you couldn't get a more caring, loving person for an enjoyable vacation and her accommodations are great value for money. upgrade room
Sya booked deluxe room rm92.32.....lepas tu dorang upgrade family room ada 2katil besar..tapi utk byaran rm129.45 hanya utk 2 adult saja...kalau lebih org kna ada extra charge....no wifi connection & only 6 singapore tv channel... -
