Space For Two
My partner and I booked a unit at Praicon Tower when we started looking for a place of our own. We wanted something that felt relatively new because we were planning to stay for several years rather than move again soon. We have slowly arranged the unit according to our routines and have found it comfortable for two people. I like having a home where we can both work, relax and have our own space during busy days. It took us a little time to settle in, but the unit now feels much more personal. We are happy with how our decision has worked out so far. -

Suits For My Work Life
I often have busy weekdays, so I prefer a place where I can come back and unwind without feeling like I have too much to manage. The property was reassuring when I compared it with older service residences. I also like the overall feel of having a relatively recent development as my home. After spending some time here, I feel it was a practical decision for this stage of my life. -

Comfortable Rental Base
I rented a unit at Praicon Tower because I wanted a place that could work well for my current job location. The newer age of the property was one reason I considered it over older service residences. I find the unit comfortable for my daily routine and easy to settle into. For now, it suits my needs quite well. -
