Amenities & Furnished Units Are Attractiv
We rented one of the fully furnished 2-bedroom units (630 sq ft) here. The appliances, layout and amenities are good for everyday living. But when a fixture broke or an air-cond needed servicing, the speed of management's response mattered.

Convenience & Ecosystem Advantage — But Y
We moved into Princeton Suites because of its integrated setting — living near schools, commercial lots, and services. The convenience is unbeatable. However, for units without premium views or on mid floors, you won’t feel the value differential strongly — you’re paying a premium for proximity and planning rather than for extra luxury.
