PU12 or also known as Puchong Utama 12 is a terraced house development project that is located in Puchong along Jalan PU12/2, Selangor. The tenure that is offered by the development is freehold.

There are also quite a few supermarkets located close to the development that serve as a convenience for them to get their basic daily necessities and those supermarkets include Aeon Big Puchong Utama, Sbm & Brothers Trading, 99 Speedmart, Pasaraya Akau Sdn Bhd as well as Huat Soon Fresh Mart.

There are also a lot of eateries located close to the PU12 development project that serve good food and those eateries include Restoran Mekniey Tomyam, Nasi Belauk Abe Yoe, LSL Food Corner, Spice of Penang, Iwan Nasi Kukus, Restoran Kiong Kee, Restoran Maju Utama, Aa Super Grill Hadi and many more. Unfortunately, there are no shopping malls located close to the development project and because of that, residents of PU12 will have to travel out of town to other neighbouring townships in order to gain access to shopping malls for a wider range of amenities.

Each unit in PU12 also comes with its own car park for vehicle owners to park their cars and the car park is covered in order to protect them from the rain and sun.
