There are also a lot of eateries located close to the PU12 development project that serve good food and those eateries include Restoran Mekniey Tomyam, Nasi Belauk Abe Yoe, LSL Food Corner, Spice of Penang, Iwan Nasi Kukus, Restoran Kiong Kee, Restoran Maju Utama, Aa Super Grill Hadi and many more. Unfortunately, there are no shopping malls located close to the development project and because of that, residents of PU12 will have to travel out of town to other neighbouring townships in order to gain access to shopping malls for a wider range of amenities.
