  Good, cheap, nice.

  Facilities are basic—just security, a playground, and some parking. But it's okay cos it's cheap and good location.

  Good for entry level property

  Got a Block C unit last year for own stay. Within walking distance to both the Equine Park and Putra Permai MRT stations, unit size is decent (around 900 sq ft), prices also still reasonable compared to newer condos in the area. Overall, it’s a good entry-level property,
