  Good security and promising development

  We’re buying this for our daughter who’s working in KL. We liked the location and the price is not too high for first-time buyers. The area looks like it’s developing more, and it’s good there are security features.

  Affordable and vibrant

  Honestly I didn’t think I could afford a place in KL city, but this one made it possible. I got a small unit for myself, just enough space and still near LRT and cafes. Perfect for me.

  It's all about the location!

  Away from the hustle and bustle but close to shopping, schools and hospitals, that is the best kind of home I could look for! Don't need to deal with heavy traffic and lack of amenities, best place for families!

  Bought for Investment

  I bought into Radium Adesa with a long-term view. The mix of units—from affordable ones to dual-keys and premium layouts—means there’ll be a wide tenant base when it’s ready. The location is strategic enough, and by 2027 I think rental yields in this corridor will be even stronger. Not expecting a quick flip, but I’m okay holding for a few years post-VP to maximise returns.

  Investment Potential!

  I booked a unit here mainly for investment. The price point was attractive—mine was under RM500k—and I like that they offer dual-key layouts, which give you flexibility to live in one side and rent the other. With the location just 5km from KLCC and easy access to highways, I’m betting there’ll be good demand once it’s completed in 2027. Early buyers already got decent deals, so fingers crossed for decent capital appreciation.

  Facilities galore!

  There are so many different types of things to do within the development itself which really makes living here value for money. Great for introverts like me who like to relax in our homes

  Comfortable and practical

  Lots of layout types to choose from and I am able to find one that suits my lifestyle and budget. Working in the city and being able to live in the city is pretty good, especially with lots of access roads connectivity.
