  Worry-free with all I need nearby

  Visited the showroom while staying with my daughter nearby. Not buying yet, but impressed by the design and how connected the area is. Can imagine living here in future, close to everything I need and no lease worries since it's freehold.

  Centralised with amenities in and out

  We were looking for something more central but still affordable, and Radium Arena checked a lot of boxes. It’s near our kids’ school and my wife’s workplace in PJ. We like that there’s so many facilities especially the pool and play area. Hoping the quality turns out good when it’s done in 2028.

  Convenient to go to work

  Honestly, I think this project is a solid deal for the price. I work in Bangsar South so this location is super convenient, saves me so much time. The facilities list looks impressive, and the freehold part really caught my attention. Of course, it's still under construction, but I like that the area’s matured and not some ulu spot. Planning to get one for my own stay.
