Good for rental unit
I’ve been renting out my 900 sf 2-bed unit, and tenants love the accessibility—walking distance to LRT, KTM, and buses. Rental starts from RM1.7k depending on size. There is a playground, gym, surau, basic but adds value without breaking the bank. I see steady cash flow here.

I snagged a unit here from the PR1MA launch—price was around RM243k for a 700 sf layout. It’s low-density with around 920 units, and being right beside KL Sentral means renters will queue up. I’m banking on rental demand from students and young professionals—it just feels like a smart entry-price move
