Good security, good township. Great investmen
Buying here was a big decision for me, but I see it as an investment in my future. Right now, it’s more space than I need, but I like that the security is strong and the whole township is designed around greenery. I believe this will hold its value well when I start a family in the coming years. -

Great place to raise a family
We were looking for a larger home outside Singapore and Rini Homes 8 gave us exactly that. The price was fair, and the township offers greenery and safety for our son. Shops, schools, and Johor Bahru city are close enough, so it doesn’t feel isolated. It’s a very comfortable place to raise a family. -

Nice Landed Homes Here
Located in Taman Sri Skudai, it’s not too far from hotspots like Bukit Indah and Horizon Hills, but still tucked in a calmer, more laid-back area. The area’s already developed, so getting food, essentials, or even a quick coffee isn’t a hassle. If you're after a peaceful home base with space to grow into, this seems like a solid choice with long-term value. -

Felt home from day one
We chose Rini Homes 8 nearly two years ago as parents of young children, and it’s been a great decision. The landed layout gives the kids space to play safely, and the quiet neighborhood in Taman Sri Skudai offers peace of mind. Being close to Bukit Indah and Horizon Hills means we’re never far from schools, clinics, or daily essentials. It’s a family-friendly area that’s grown with us, and we’ve truly felt at home here. -

Our happy corner!
Been staying here few months now. The house size is just nice for my family. Got three rooms, and the layout feels open. The area is peaceful and most neighbours very nice. Kids go to nearby school and can walk there also. Weekend we sometimes go to the nearby park or just relax outside. Market and shops not too far, can get groceries easily. Jalan also quite wide, not much traffic jam. Happy we found a home that’s calm and still close to everything. -

Nice neighbourhood
The location is good, away from the city but near enough to all the amenities. Rini Homes 8 and the Mutiara Rini township as a whole is nicely planned. I also like that Iskandar Puteri and JB is not too far away, so it's a short drive away if we miss the city. -

Good for outdoor activities
Quite a rare find to have an urban forest so close to your home. Rini Homes 8 will be suited for families with children, can exhaust the kids by making them go for long walks. The units in Phase 6M Rini Homes 8 are a good size for a family with children. -

Nice home design
The Rini Homes 8 houses look modern and simple. The four-bedroom units are great for big families and it's good to have ensuite bathrooms for each room for privacy...and to avoid the children's arguments. -
