  A perfect upgrade

  After years in an apartment, upgrading to Ruby Hills has been a good decision. The extra space, especially the garden, gives us more freedom. The area is developing fast, so I think the value will grow in time.

  Great for commuters

  I travel to Singapore often for work, and the new interchange makes things easier. At the same time, coming home to a quiet area surrounded by nature feels like a reward.

  Good value for the price

  For the price, I feel this project offers good quality. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a nice modern design. The developer gives me confidence too.

  Greenery and hills

  With the whole family into outdoor activities, the homes are are just perfect for us. Hiking, trekking, parks and not to mention the views.. this is gonna be great

  So many things to do!

  The homes here is like living in a some outdoor resort area with so many outdoor activities and recreational areas to visit. Will never get bored!
