Affordable & secure
I like that it’s by Sime Darby Property because it makes me feel more confident in the quality. The starting price is reasonable and the monthly loan works out nicely within my budget. Security and facilities look proper too, which is important for my parents’ peace of mind. -

Value for young couples
Me and my wife wanted something that’s within budget but still modern, and Serasi SAMM gives us just that. The facilities are really generous for the price. We liked the balcony space as it gives us a little breather after work. -

Perfect for first home
I just booked a unit at Serasi SAMM and honestly feel it’s the right choice. The price is affordable, and the fact that it’s freehold gives me peace of mind. The layout is simple but smart, with a study corner that makes sense for work. Plus, having the LRT nearby is such a relief. -

After looking into it, I feel Serasi Samm in Semenyih is a practical choice. The location is convenient, with easy access to main roads and nearby shops, which makes daily life simpler. The layout seems functional and family-friendly. Even though the project is still under construction, the developer has a good track record with similar projects. For someone like me looking for a comfortable home, it’s definitely worth considering. -

Good Place For Family
As our family grows, having enough space and a practical layout has become really important, and Serasi SAMM in Semenyih meets that need. The design feels thoughtful, giving a small family plenty of room to live comfortably. Its location near schools, dining, and main roads makes daily life much easier and convenient for everyone. -

Can’t wait to settle down
The project is still in progress, but the structure already shows it’s gonna be a decent housing spot. Location is not too bad, quiet area with lots of greens around. Looks like it’s built for community living, more suitable for people who want peace and don’t need flashy things. Construction speed okay, not too slow. Area feels peaceful most of the time. I think once it’s ready, lot of people will want to move in. A good option for me, as I was looking for a decent house without a big price tag. Waiting to see how final touch comes out. -

Easy and convenient access
Staying here makes it easy to commute anywhere whether to city centre or other places in Klang Valley. There's also lots of convenient amenities nearby where I can buy daily items or my favourite food. Really value for money, especially for budget conscious. -

Convenient, cost effective home
Price-wise is great as it is really affordable right in the middle of a matured neighbourhood. Moreover, its freehold! The size of the units are also comfortable and easy to manage as a working single adult. -
