We’ve lived here for 4 years and appreciate how easy daily life is — wet market, banks, eateries all within walking distance. The neighbourhood is very convenient. On the not-so-great side: parking is a bit tight in evenings, some units face narrower roads with noise, and we felt the management & maintenance of common areas could be improved (corridors, lifts).

Solid for Investor Entry — But Unit Choice Ma
I bought a unit in Sea Park because recent listings show PSF around RM 350-400 for this block. The location near SS2/Taman Paramount means rental demand is reasonable. On the flip side: the lack of big modern facilities (pool, gym) means you’ll compete on price/condition rather than amenities. I made sure I got a higher floor and did some light renovation.

Mature Location, Honest Price
We moved into Sea Park Apartment about eight years ago. What really sold us was the freehold status and the fact it’s in a mature PJ enclave with shops, clinics and food just a stone’s throw away. The units (~800-1,100 sq ft) have good layouts and big windows which give decent natural light. That said — the building is dated (completed in 1985) so some of the finishes and lifts show their years. If you buy here, you’ll get value — just don’t expect a brand-new deluxe condo experience.
