As an investor I like Seasons Tower: freehold in a key location, built-ups that give decent room size compared to micro-units elsewhere. Recent transaction data show median price ~RM 550,000 and median PSF ~RM 492. That said: the upside is moderate. Because the building is older, and the competitors (newer towers in the area) are increasingly premium, this isn’t a “big jump” opportunity anymore. Yield is acceptable but you’ll want to pick the right lot and plan for maintenance/refurbishment cost. I view this as a medium-term hold rather than a quick flip.

Excellent Connectivity & Value
We bought our unit in Seasons Tower mainly because of its connectivity – Imbi monorail station is close, major malls like Berjaya Times Square and Sungei Wang a short walk away. Listings show build-ups around ~1,120 sq ft for 3-bed as per project info. But the caveat: unit orientation, floor and condition make a huge difference. Lower floors or road-facing units feel less quiet and less premium. If I were choosing again I’d aim for a higher floor, interior facing, and check what the recent maintenance has been like.

Freehold City Core Entry
We moved into Seasons Tower about five years ago. The freehold tenure in the heart of Bukit Bintang/Imbi was what drew us in – walking distance to shopping, food and transport. Our unit (~1,200 sq ft 3-bed) gives enough space for city living. On the flip side: the building was completed in 2011 and units/finishes are showing their age. Some lifts are slower, corridors look a bit worn, and lower floors facing Jalan Imbi get a fair amount of traffic noise.
