As an owner-occupier looking for a step-up, Secoya was very appealing: built-ups from ~1,050 sq ft up to ~1,670 sq ft, modern finishes and a sense of semi-suburban calm in the city. We enjoy the walking trails and forest views.

Facilities & Location Strong
We bought a unit in Secoya for investment because it offered good connectivity (Mid Valley, LRT/KT stations nearby) and was part of a well-planned integrated township. The amenities (infinity pool, adventure trails, yoga deck) are well-done. That said, the entry price was higher than many comparable condos in the fringe city zone (~RM 780+ psf at launch) so you’re paying for location + brand + lifestyle. If you pick a lower floor or less ideal view you may not get the full premium.

Green-Edge Freehold City Living
We moved into Secoya about a year ago and love the fact we’re nestled beside the 200-acre Bukit Kerinchi forest reserve. The unit (~1,360 sq ft) gives plenty of room for our small family, the high ceilings and large windows flood in light, and we feel we’re living a notch above typical city condos. On the downside: since the development is leasehold, not freehold, I do wonder about the long-term value compared to freehold alternatives.
