  NEGLIGENCE AND VERY POOR QUALITY OF WORKMANSH

  Me and my husband has purchased 1 unit double story house in Sena Parc Senawang. This new housing project and ongoing project are located at Tuanku Jaafar Golf Resort. If look at my house defect its nearly 85% and all are major defect . My upstairs laminated flooring is not even and when the workers dismantle I found nearly 3/4 of my master bedroom cement floor (screeding floor) + upper living hall and other room need to check. I doubt about the integrity of the cement floor and the quality of material including the concrete install in upstairs. Apart from there my both bathrooms tiles hollow, waterproof leakage Apart from this my downstairs tiles are not even and hollow and etc. My downstairs tiles are not even and hollow and still hollow after they done the defect. Do not get cheated
