  The villas here are impressive — three-storey, big floorplans (over 4,500 sq ft built-up) and a sense of quality in finishes and layout. When I toured one unit, it felt luxurious and roomy: lots of living space, high ceilings, and good natural light. For a landed home in Johor, it’s clearly positioned as an upscale option.

  I visited Seri Austin Heights and what struck me first was how calm and low-density the place feels. With only about 40 villas and a freehold status, it doesn’t feel crowded at all.
