As a buyer, I liked the freedom of choosing theme, lot size, and view. The ‘eco’ identity and landscaping make this township stand out compared to typical terraces. I specifically picked a unit facing the landscaped side, which makes a difference. For resale, I think the green branding and freehold status will hold value, but only if community upkeep and management remain strong.
I rented a 4+1 Hazel end-lot house for a while. Loved the layout with its tall ceiling and private rear garden. The gym and pool house facilities are well kept and nice for weekends. The only downside was that maintenance costs tend to creep up, and not all of the shoplots nearby are fully active yet.

We moved into the Foresta precinct two years back. The green corridors and rear garden walkways really make it feel like living in a forested enclave, not just another terrace house. The home feels calm and private. But sometimes traffic entering the main gate during evening rush can be slow, so getting in and out needs patience.
