Being at the southern part of the Penang island, there are 2 routes to reach Setia Greens, coming from the north, the recommended route will be via the Penang bridge, which will take around 17 minutes, while coming from the south, the recommended entry point will be Sultan Abdul Halim Miadzam Shah Bridge (Penang 2^nd Bridge), which will take about 25 minutes by car. The local schools are such as, SK Bayan Lepas, SJK(C) Chung Shan, SJK(T) Bayan lepas and SMK Sungai Ara.
