  Hi, FYI my Setia V Residence ~1400sf (FF - 2B2B) high-floor sea facing unit will be available for Rent in Jan'25. The allocated carpark at 2nd floor. Tenant preference: Japanese (single/couple w/o kid) who under company paid and 2yrs tenancy. Rental: 5k nego (required 2 months deposit).
