  Good location, near park. Easy access to LRT (5 mins walk to station). Quiet area.

  Staying at Shang Villa

  Peaceful and quite away from traffic. While generally an old condominium, it is generally quite and have a mix of young and senior folks staying here. While facilities may not be up to standards the place is generally well kept and the security is adequate. LRT nearby has also made it easy for commuting and it is walking distance to nearby shops.

  Potential property tat appreciation in next f

  Upcoming lrt 3 will bring boom factor to tis condo. Nevertheless, condo is look old but freehold with strategic location is much more potential.
