  Gated, Guarded & Quiet — Good Balance of

  SHNG Villas is gated and comes with 24-hour security, so there’s a sense of safety and privacy that I appreciated during my visit. The surroundings are relatively quiet and green despite being in Cheras, which makes it feel like a calm retreat rather than a busy urban estate.

  Spacious Semi-D Layout, Ideal for Families

  I saw a 4- or 5-bedroom semi-D there — lots of living space, comfortable room sizes, and open layout that flows nicely. For a landed home, it feels roomy and practical; good if you want a proper family house rather than a cramped condo unit.

  Hill-side Semi-D with Stunning KL Views

  I visited SHNG Villas and the first thing that struck me was the view — being up on a hill gives you a panoramic skyline of KL, which feels rare for a semi-detached house in Cheras. The elevation and natural surroundings make the place feel serene, even though you’re still inside the city.
