  Good Space & Solid Layouts for Condo Livi

  I visited a few units there — some are ~1,800 sq ft (3 bed/3 bath) and felt surprisingly roomy for a sea-side condo. The flow inside felt sensible: bedrooms are decently sized, and common areas give enough breathing room. For a condo in the city centre with a sea view, the space-to-price feels reasonable.
