  Overall its a nice place for own stay, not fo

  The JMB is making its best part to maintain the condo facilities, indoor/outdoor paintings etc but main problem is the low density of units which only consist of around 400++ units (2 blocks)

  Worth the price

  Full of amenities, walking distance to nearby cafe/restaurant, pharmacy, church, car workshop etc
