  Good Location in Taman Perling — Commuter Fri

  Sky Curve sits right in Taman Perling, so access to shopping, groceries, basic amenities and major roads is easy. It isn’t in a super premium area, but for the price-to-convenience ratio, it feels like a practical pick for daily life or as a rental property in JB.

  Practical Layouts & Full Condo Facilities

  I saw a 1-bedroom unit (about 579 sq ft) and the space felt compact but usable. The development also has everything you expect: pool, gym, BBQ / common areas, playground — good if you want convenience without compromise. For couples, singles, or small families, it’s a functional setup.

  Affordable Freehold Condo With Great Basics

  When I dropped by Sky Curve, I was impressed by how affordable the units are — plenty of freehold service-apartments going for sub-RM 400k for smaller units. For a new build and freehold status, it feels like a strong entry-level buy or rental investment option.
