  Calm Location, But Still Decent Connectivity

  Sungai Ara is fairly suburban and calm — living at Skycube means you get away from city-core madness yet you’re still not too far from amenities, grocery, and main roads. It feels like a balanced pick if you prefer quieter living on Penang island rather than dense city-centre condos.

  Resort-Style Amenities + Chill Living Vibe

  Skycube gives that condo-meets-resort feel: pool, gym, jogging / garden paths, BBQ & kids’ play areas — enough to make you feel like you’re living in something beyond just four walls. For me, that makes a big difference if you want comfort without going for high-end luxury.

  Good Value Condo in a Quiet Residential Subur

  I visited Skycube in Sungai Ara and was surprised at the value — for a freehold, mid-rise condo (30 floors) with units still going for under RM 600k–700k it feels affordable compared with many new condos on Penang island. The layout felt decent for a 3-bedroom unit I saw, and the price-to-space ratio seems reasonable for this area.
