  Skyhome sits right along the north-coast of Penang island in Tanjung Bungah — close enough to city conveniences but with that beach-side calm. Malls, hospitals, water-sports amenities, and public transport are all a relatively short drive away. Having sea breezes + city access feels like a nice balance.

  Low-Density Comfort & Resort Vibes

  Only 47 units in the whole 32-storey building — so it never felt crowded. The pool overlooks the sea, there’s a gym, spa/jacuzzi, landscaped gardens, and security feels solid. Feels calm and private, perfect for someone who values peace but still enjoys condominium comforts.

  Beachfront Luxury with Space to Breathe

  I visited Skyhome recently — it’s one of those rare condos in Penang where you get beachfront views and serious space. Units are massive (about 6,300 sq ft), with big balconies and sea-views that make it feel more like a beach house than a flat.
