Peaceful and green — great for work from home
I work from home mostly and Solaria is ideal for that — it's quiet, nicely landscaped, and the common areas are never chaotic. The pool is a great decompression spot after a long work session. The unit has good natural light and the layout flows well. I occasionally drive out for groceries or food and everything is nearby. A calm and well-run condo that I'm genuinely happy in.

Modern living in a well-connected location
Solaria has been a comfortable home since I moved in. The unit is modern with good finishes and the layout is practical for daily life. Facilities include a pool, gym, and landscaped gardens which are well-maintained. The location gives solid highway connectivity and nearby amenities cover all the basics — grocery, food, medical. Management is responsive and the security team is attentive. Overall a good condo for the price.
