Good yield at low price point in mature area
Bought South City Block C as an entry-level investment. The price was very accessible and rental demand from working adults in the area is consistent. Yield percentage is healthy given the low acquisition cost. It's a basic property in a functional neighbourhood and that's exactly what budget renters are looking for. Low maintenance investment with steady returns. -

Seri Kembangan location is convenient for com
I rent here because Seri Kembangan gives me easy highway access to KL, Putrajaya, and Kajang without the KL price tag. South City Block C is basic — don't expect high-end finishes — but the unit is functional and the rent is very affordable. The neighbourhood has matured with enough food options, shops, and a mall nearby. Works well as a practical base for commuters. -

South City Block C is a practical choice in Seri Kembangan — the price is accessible, the location is decent with easy highway reach, and the basic facilities do the job. My unit is a reasonable size and the building is kept clean. The neighbourhood has everything I need for daily life — wet market, shops, clinics all nearby. Good entry-level option for the area without breaking the bank. -
