I rent here because Seri Kembangan gives me easy highway access to KL, Putrajaya, and Kajang without the KL price tag. South City Block C is basic — don't expect high-end finishes — but the unit is functional and the rent is very affordable. The neighbourhood has matured with enough food options, shops, and a mall nearby. Works well as a practical base for commuters.
